An integrated decision-making framework for selecting the best strategies of water resources management in pandemic emergencies

In recent years, due to COVID 19 pandemic that has resulted in an unpredictable increase water consumption, the global concerns about resources management have been increased. Furthermore, it seems essential focus on strategies enabling decrease consumption. So, aim of this study is identify and prioritize potential during such pandemic. To do so, we develop a hybrid decision-making approach. At first, are identified by SWOT analysis while relevant criteria based literature review experts’ opinions. Afterwards, interrelationships between determined fuzzy DEMATEL. Then, integrated FBWM-FANP method applied calculate weights criteria. Eventually, VIKOR utilized rank strategies.
